In another post i saw that someone posted this and now i am wondering where can you get that grip and pommel. It looks like the only grip for greatswords that is not awful so far. Does anyone know where to get it?

Those are crafted upgrades, so you'll need to find out what schematics you require in order to make them (I don't know what they are from the image, sorry).

Schematics can sometimes be found as random loot, but a lot of them can be purchased from various shops in the world.

As devSin said, they're both weapon upgrade schematics; the masterwork ornate greatsword grip and the masterwork horned pommel. Both are rare (yellow) tier 3 schematics found at random in level three loot chests and can thus be difficult to get unless you farm for them.
