We know that thanks to the veil it was almost impossible to enter the fade in physical form. The only ones who did it were the inquisitor, who had the anchor, and the magisters who visited the black city and contracted the blight.
If you tear down the veil it should be possible to physically visit the black city...and it could mean the biggest spreading of the blight ever seen.

Maybe the evanuris will become archdemons and we will have to correct solas mistakes again lol

I think the blight has to come into this whole plot somewhere,  the source and cause of the blight is something I'm really interested to learn

I'm thinking that Solas is very much aware of that and that is probably part of how the world is going to be destroyed. Perhaps once elves are returned to their former selves, they will be resistant to the blight.

Could be, although I do wonder how much he really knows about the blight.  Did it exist before the veil or did it happen because of the veil?  If the latter, he may be underestimating it as he has not actually witnessed one in person, except perhaps in dreams.

Which elves will be restored to their former selves? The ones currently in Thedas? Wouldn't they all die along with everyone else? The other elves would be the gods locked away by Solas.
