I did some searching and wasn't able to find an answer to this specific question, so please do forgive me if I might have missed an earlier post somewhere. I was wondering, if I delete a World State that's already uploaded into a game save file, will that have any effect on the save file itself? Will the game revert to default choices? Or would it be the same as if I'd just uploaded a new World State, and have no effect? I'd rather not delete a World State only to find out 20 hours into Inquisition that my data was wiped, but I'm also out of World State slots and would like to try something different.

There is no impact on deleting the save state after the game is started as the relevant portions of the world state are saved in the save file.
