Hallo
I moved from Xbox 360 to Xbox one and purchased the DLC. I've noticed that the keep doesn't seem to acknowledge that my game's moved from one system to another. Is this a known issue?

Does it connect to your xbone? (i.e can you export a worldstate and see it show up on the game?)

In what way does it not seem to recognize you switched systems?
For instance, I've also recently switched from 360 to xbone as well, and while the Keep acknowledges the acheivements I received on the xbox 1, it does not acknowledge that I have purchased either the Descent or Trespasser in the Career/Dragon age Inquisition DLC section.

I shouldn't worry about that section, if it really bothers you. You can request unlock.

It's just the keep. Everything else seems to be syncing fine. It only acknowledges as far as I played on the 360.

Are you using the same Origin/EA account on your Xbox One that you used on Xbox 360 (this NOT you XBL gamertag). that might be what like the problem is.
Of course I could be wrong.
