I doubt that there's much that Bioware could do to make me give up on them. Then again, I could say the same thing for any gaming company, really. I'm fairly easy to please, I rarely hold grudges, I get over things pretty quickly, and as long as a game doesn't frustrate me (too much), I'm usually pretty happy with it. I suppose that's why I like Inquisition, and the ME3 endings didn't bother me all that much, though I can freely admit that they sucked and felt very out-of-place and forced.
A good example of how forgiving I am with game companies would be my penchant to still buy Square-Enix games. SE games are not what they used to be, narratively and in terms of pacing and setting. In one case, the Fabula Nova Crystallis series of games (specifically Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels), the entire series got completely bogged down in its own mythology, did a poor job of getting across the idea of urgency the story was trying to tell, and ended up turning the main character into Mary Sue archetype.
But I still like them. And I'll still buy Final Fantasy 15 when it comes out. And if it sucks, I'll buy 16 or 17 (whichever one isn't an MMO), after that. I have hope that there'll be a great game again.
I know that this was a long answer, and not everyone might read it, but I wanted to explain why I feel this way. Call me an enabler, but I trust that at some point, game developers will come through. Doesn't mean that I'll buy blatant cash-grabs/Mary Sue stories like Lightning Returns same day it releases.
That, my friends, is our duty and right.
