recently I noticed that attack speed affects not only skill animation speed but also catapult turning speed and even speed of raising unconscious players and that's amazing!

Yes. That's why a lot of people like Heart of Pride and think it's comparable to Hakkon's Wisdom. That's why some people would play support on Saarebas.
