Now, as I understand it this item can only be used once to increase a certain stat by 3. Does that mean out of a collector's edition only one book will be available for one character, or all characters? Is it also possible for someone with a lot of spare money going around to buy multiple copies of the book's code or collector's edition and feed a character with multiple books into a huge stated monstor?

I know, I know, we possibly have only speculations right now, but some insights will be appreciated!

Every character that you roll will start with the Grimoire. Once read you will have 3 skill points to distribute to whatever skill you would like.

Thought it was 3 attribute points from Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes tome?

My bad Gamestop had skill points. Where the EA site states attribute points.
