Furious Blows is the 50% move speed on critical passive. It doesn't seem to have the uptime I think it should at 100% crit. Is there an internal cooldown? Unable to refresh it while it's up?
Edit: Had wrong passive name.

Not sure if it is the same. But with the proc of Bloody Bargain which lasts 30 seconds seem not to refresh by new killingblows. So it´s not possible to keep it up at all the time. Each stack of kill should have it´s own duration.
