[Unable2Connect]

I've started a new game with all but one of the trials turned on. I've had two shipments, each time I click on the ! I get absolutely nothing and it disappears.

 

Has anyone else had this and is there a fix to get them working?

 

Really disappointing because those items would help with the achievements I'm trying to go for, and I was looking forward to playing with some of the new items from them.

Have you tried saving and reloading? Not before but after receiving your 'shipment'?

 

I remember leveling to 16 in skyhold and the special shipments box didn't acknowledge that I had t3 gear coming until I did a save and reload.

The ! is there even if there's nothing inside. I think it's been that way since one of the Spoils DLCs. Did you get the message saying you received something from a trial?
