This is a bit of a melting pot but...
If I remember well, the loot buckets are tied to the number of items you got (store chests or in-game chests). And those loot buckets serves as a gate access to some items, like it's not possible to get endgame weapons from the first level of loot bucket.
Would it be possible to actually remove some items based on your loot bucket level? I mean, I understand when you're at the lowest level loot bucket you get Highland Dirks and Ferelden Longbows by the dozens, but when you're in the highest loot bucket wouldn't it be more logical if those weren't available...
Say there's 10 loot buckets, then each "level" of loot bucket removes 2 "item" levels. A loot bucket level 3 would only allow loot from level 6 and upward. Accessories like ability rings would be an exception of course, so would be some specific weapons like special daggers, but at least getting level 20s Common would feel better than receiving a staff that does 39 cold damage for the trillionth time...
Another thing that would be nice would be to give a bit higher chance of Purples. I mean, you keep adding more and more items, we keep getting those level 10s purples by the dozen. I've already got 8 Storm Pack belt, probably 13 Cold and 9 Fire. I mean, there are other items you know... With the amount of crap the purples have, getting a higher chance of getting one shouldn't be a problem. Tie it to the loot bucket for all I care, I just want to actually have a chance to get something when I spend over 200k in Gold.
Finally, could we get more gold on NM and HB please. With the recent changes to Armor, the new characters, the balances changes and all, Perilous is easily done in 10 minutes (promotions help a lot too). You get about 1.2K and you're ready to go for another run. Nightmare games are more around 20+ minutes and you get about 1.3K. It's ridiculous... You could say we don't "have" to do the Dragons, but tying up Hakkon and the new level 26 weapons to them makes it hard to ever find a NM game that isn't Ferelden Castle. Basically our options are "Bore yourself to death on Perilous and get plenty gold" or "Grind the Dragons for a minimal chance of maybe getting something that might be worth it while you can kiss goodbye any hope for gold"... I don't see what the "good" choice is here...
I hope you'll at least consider this, the game has never been better than it is now and I hope we'll get even more in the future.
