so this Templar skill says it buffs attack 15% but is it only for demons as description states?
Also passive that gives 5% weak chance on hit seems to work only if inside this ring of BB(noticed while inside the ring bottom right place on screen shows this passive icon)

15% is only for demons, might combine with Mageslayer but there are reasons to think it doesn't.
Weakening chance works fine as far as I know and I don't need Blessed Blades

The...whole thing only works if inside the ring from what I recall. The second buff just tells you the ring is active, I think. It's less than stellar.

Thats why the buffs on weapons that activate and use it are useful as they're marked as "Target: Weapon User" instead of "Target:Centered around User at time of Proc". The problem is if it is only for demons its not nearly as effective as it could be.

It works with Mage slayer to affect nearly all enemy types, albeit to a lesser degree than demons. Now if only we had that SP toggle that makes BB move with you...
