The Calpernia armor is very cool. Well... at least it is on female Inquisitors and male elves. On everyone else it results in incredibly weird body shapes - Iron Bull in particular looks down right bizarre. Is the arm shrinking and body morphing actually intended (or at least the only way to get it to work)? Or is it something that just isn't working as it should? I'm hoping its the latter but have a feeling it'll be the former.

His body model is bigger then the normal qunari. So the arm shrinking is his model reverting to the one the qunari inquisitor uses. No idea if it was intended but there ya go. Personally i just took it right back off him and put it on someone else.

Yeah, it's weird. I gave my male human a beard for the DLC and popped that armor on him - and he ended up looking like a really expensive courtesan with a giant head.

It looks horrid on Varric too. It looks like because Calpernia is flat chested they didn't make a proper male version or the curving lines on the bodice make it look very feminine.
