When it's released we will let you know.
Oh and fetch quests have been a staple of RPG's and other games for years long before MMO's even existed.

While true, grinding Fetch quests is a sign of poor game design. Meaning, fetch quests for the sake of "tradition" can be borrrrring!!

I pray the sidequests are more developed, there being more reactive npcs that are programmed with a wider variety of behavior/actions, weather cycles, weather effects that affect the environment like shrubs, and tree branches swaying in the wind, or kicking up sand/dirt etc, and a day & night cycle, because i like the mood videogame sunsets/rises usually creates.

A good question OP.
The SP game is massive, we have an improved Mako and the focus of the game is Exploration.
Traditional fetch quests can be dropped by the way side if the main reason for explorations is to:
1. Find resources necessary for colony(s) growth + maintaining defenses
2. Establishing Mining and Intelligence gathering Outposts.
3. Obtaining Remnant tech for human tech advancement to solidify / help / upgrade and reach superior "military" power status against hostile forces.
4. Obtain / upgrade current battle gear (armour + weapons)
5. Seek allies to improve humanity's influence and for "protection" against alien attacks
6. Seek potential squad mates.
7. Last is to implement AI units (which you can be train for better performance) to do the "dirty jobs", such as filler fetch quests.
All IMO, of course

It is going to be partially open world, much like DA:I.
Hopefully it has more in common with The Witcher 3 than Inquisition as far as the quality of the side content goes. Tweets from devs about the massive size of Andromeda are a cause for concern, but hopefully the fact that is releasing at least two years after Inquisition will mean that it won't suffer from the same flaws. That is more than enough time to gets things right, and I'm sure the devs have to be aware of all the criticism leveled at DA:I.
The devs will have no excuses if Andromeda suffers from Inquisition's flaws.

Just wondering? Will they make this game like they did te last Dragon Age? With each world just a self contained open world with endless MMO fetch quests?
If they decide to emulate ME1, maybe!

I honestly didn't mind the open world in DA:I. Sure it could've been better, but it's not like I completely hated it and it ruined my enjoyment of the game.

Given DAI's great success and ME's exploratory roots, it seems likely.

I love DA:I, I think maybe the only criticism I could give its open world is that it feels a little lifeless at times.
That is me really nitpicking though.
