Tested.

 

When I join a game in progress with a Saarebas present, guard generation using Yvanalis staff does not work.

 

When I host, a Saarebas can join the game in progress,Yvanalis staff does work.

 

When in lobby together and start game together, Yvanalis staff does not work

 

recreated this a few times.

 

 

I know people are getting this bug without a Saarebas present.  

 

I have to ask if there was one present at ANY TIME during your games.  I am wondering if the bug stays even after the Saarebas leaves the game or changes to another class.

Sounds a lot like the issue with Pala not generating guard in some games. Could be an issue with guard generation in general when Saarebas is present.

 

Wonder if Katari has issues.
