It might actually have less relevance because drinking from the well won't cause pregnancy and will save BW the trouble of making a kid model and finding an actor to do maybe a dozen or so lines.

Nah Well of Souls always has a carrier. It's just Morrigan or Quiz. I guess you just get a side quest to hunt her down if you didn't take the well for yourself. *shrug*

Arl Eamon would've died, The Circle would've been culled. Orzammar would somehow have been overrun by Darkspawn. The werewolves would've not only killed the Dalish but spread to rest of area and infected other humans. In the end the Archdemon would've been killed but all of Ferelden would've been a burning ruin.
