I haven't been able to get anything better than a level 12 purple for the whole weekend..
Did they change the RNG recently?

Definitely back to normal.
Spend away in the store.
Still strange there was no comment on this and then suddenly it's working again. Wasted hundreds of thousands. Wish I'd waited now.
Just like to say that nothing had changed between when the patch dropped and this post. I think all the vocal forumites were just really unlucky
