I am near the end of this playthrough, I have just completed Thanes dossier mission. But I dont know how I should trigger his loyality mission. I have only the Suicide mission left 
I havent played LOTSB yet, but I want to play it after SM becuase I have the understaning that it should be done after SM.
Is it possible to trigger it or is impossible at this stage? How many talk's do I need with Thane in order to trigger the loyality mission?
The loyalty mission is triggered after completing a certain number of missions (1 or 2 depending on who was your most recent squadmate)
Have you completed all the Assignments too? If not, completing them also contributes toward this mission count.
If you did complete them, I would suggest
a) tweaking with Gibbed Save Editor (if you're on PC)
-First, download it (http://social.biowar...m/project/4373/)
-Then, open the Gibbed Save Editor
-Click open (The folder, second button on the upper left corner)
-Open your SaveGame Folder (Shows your Character Name, the Level, The Class and the Date it was last played, for example John_23_Infiltrator_140715 )
-Then, open the most recent save you have
-Go to Plot. then Henchmen.
-Check the Plot Mark "Thane's Alternate Appearence acquired.
-Then, save your modifications into the save you're tweaking with. Overwrite your save.
-Load the save in-game.
-Thane's Loyalty mission will appear in your Journal
B- If you're not on PC, the only solution is loading a previous save where you still didn't complete all the missions.
c) The other alternative is doing it after the Suicide Mission. Your whole squad can still live if you just have Thane Unloyal. Just don't pick him as a team-mate in the base and you should be fine.
Edit: Actually, Shadow Broker DLC can be completed anytime you want, there are just some dialogue changes if you do it after the Suicide Mission, but nothing that can't be found on Youtube.

I can upload a save just before the Thane dossier mission, where I have one assignment mission left and LOTSB. I dont want to play Thane's mission after SM becuase only Morinth and Legion are the ones that are going to survive. But I still want to play all missions.
I read that Thane's loytlaity mission triggers on the the foruth conversation with him on Normdandy. I have only had one conversation with him now. So I dont know if 1-2 missions is enough to trigger the fourth conversation?
no, not really. Kelly Chambers will let you know at some point during the playthrough that Thane wants to talk to you. I believe it's soon after Horizon. that's when the loyalty missions start triggering (Kasumi and Zaeed being the exception, as their loyalty missions are activated upon recruiting them). Jacob's is the first.
it doesn't matter how far along your personal convos with Thane are. if you seem to be "stuck" without getting the "Thane wants to talk" notification, go do one or two of those "anomaly" missions, then notice how many people want to talk to you in private.

Hm... I suggest you load that save in your game and play through Thane's Mission again, but then after doing it, you'll go do the Assignment mission. It will probably be unlocked then.
If you are still unable to trigger his loyalty mission, don't sweat it because you can still do the suicide mission without it resulting in his death, so long as you place him appropriately. If you're the type of person who is all about getting all of the loyalties, then I don't know what else to say. Try doing some side missions (not including LOTSB since you want to save that) and go back to the ship to see if it triggers by chance, if you have any remaining at least. Normally in order to get the loyalty mission from a squad member I think you have to do 1-2 missions after recruitment. Not sure if it works any other way. 
You can recruit him after the suicide mission and then do his loyalty mission.
You could recruit him first after Horizon and his loyalty mission might be done before boarding the collector ship.

So you don't have any N7 side missions left to do?
ps. If you have the Normandy SR1 Memorial DLC (I forget the exact title), you can repeatedly land and take off from the memorial planet to force all the conversation cues to advance (this does not count as completing missions in terms of game event triggers). This is helpful if you want to unlock a loyalty mission for a late-arriving squad mate before the Collector Ship mission is triggered (e.g. Samara), or if you are out of other missions to advance the conversation cues toward the end of the game (as in this case).
