I hope not. The Witcher 2 sex scenes were ridiculous, from Geralt still wearing pants in most of them to using the same animations repeatedly to how badly they were dubbed.

I find DA:I sex scene a lot better if you want to see naked characters after sex, or before? TW 2 sex scenes are too much one sided when it comes to it's target audience, TW 3 did a better job, also the unicorn one was hilarious.

I actually think ME1 nailed the sex scenes best out of all of Biowares efforts.  Wouldn't mind a return to that kind of thing rather than go down the Witcher route.

ME1 and DAI handled sex scenes the best imo. ME1 is also family friendly (relatively) so it has that going for it, but I liked DAIs too, it was a toned down, not over the top pornographic Witcher style.

The sex scenes from the Witcher series should act as a "how to don't" for Bioware. Across the board, though the single one I've gotten in TW3 was marginally better. If they stay on track with where they went in DAI, we're good.

Personally I think DA:I has the best sex scenes for a game.

 

And the hell with "family friendly" sex scenes or any scenes. Why the hell must a MATURE title be family friendly? Why are fraking children playing Bioware games anyway? What kind of parents are letting their kids play mature titles? And if it is adults why are adults buying a MATURE title when they want "family friendly" content? And why should the game be made to appease the "family friendly" crowd? There are plenty of family friendly games why do people constantly push for mature titles to be made more "family friendly?" Seriously it makes no sense. I don't ask for general audience media to be made more mature. I have no problem with a PG title being PG but god forbid a MATURE title is actually mature.

 

Frankly i don't think Bioware should pander to gamers with sexual identity problems. If you don't want to pursue a same sex relationship don't do it. I have yet to accidentally stumble into a relationship with Fenris, Anders, Kaiden, Dorian or the Iron Bull. Its not like there is a naked gay man waiting to jump you if you don't walk this convoluted decision path to stop it from happening. Are people's sexual identity so fragile that they think if same sex or more accurately Male same sex relationships are just in the game the power of the gay penis will turn them gay or bi curious?  That is a powerful penis.

I don't see the need to show sex in order to show romance, and that Dragon Age: Inquisition did the best job of showing romance, romantic scenes, and acts of a sexual nature in a tasteful manner without the silly censorship in games like ME2 or the need to go into details that one would find in certain other forms of media. We don't need all the details, sounds, and to watch the whole thing. . .though that would be a hilariously short/long cutscene depending if they did that.

 

I mean- last I checked, sex wasn't the main part of the romances so there was and is no need to go into such details: Do you talk at length to your friends/co-workers/random strangers about your sexual encounters with your spouse/partner/significant other? Or do you talk about the bond between the two of you?
