I am not sure where this post should go.

I play DAI on XB1. Following the lastest update, DAI is unplayable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The day of the update, my game play crashed 5 times in less than a 15 minute span.

I left, returned one week later and the damn game is still crashing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bioware is close to loosing me.

I play on XB1 and it doesn't crash on me at all.  So something else is going on.  Either your XB1 is fried, your hard drive corrupted, or your game data is messed up.  Game data could be what is installed or your saved game.  So try the following:

1)  Try a hard reset on XB1  (turn on normal, and then hold down power button on console for 10 seconds until it shuts down, turn back on).  This clears the cache which can sometimes cause problems.

if that doesn't work then

2)  Uninstall entire Dragon Age Inquisition game and then reinstall

if that doesn't work then

3)  Try an older save

if that doesn't work then

4)  Try making a new character

if that doesn't work then

5)  Try a different game out for a while and see if it crashes too

Worst case scenario is only Dragon Age Inquisition is crashing.  This would be indicative of a hard drive failure.  I know...I know you want to blame Bioware, but unless my XB1 is super-extra special it is your console.

Note:  2 & 3 are interchangeable (depending on how often you save, it may be faster to just download the game again then replay lost content)

Note 2:  If you do get it working, don't assume that the last thing you did fixed it.  More often then not, a problem is a result of multiple issues.  It could be a slightly corrupted saved game and also messed up cache.  Which means you'd need to roll back to an older save AND reset the cache.
