I pulled my Hakkon's Mercy (my fourth) on the 16th of July.  It had been about 90 runs since my 3rd, around 200 runs in total.  In the two months following, I have spent a couple weeks completely avoiding that God-forsaken castle, as well as spending some weeks grinding almost constantly.  I would say it probably averaged out to 10 or so runs a day.  Some days (a lot) more, some days less.

 

I have to say though, that I have lost interest in this game over the last week or so, what with other games coming out and the revelation that the new secret weapon will require much more Ferelden Castle grinding.

 

Well, you are at a 1% chance now, at 10 runs a day, would take you a 10 days for a hundred runs which is the average that most players would have to run to get it, but you're a little unlucky, so I will throw in ... three more weeks and say October 12th.

So you're not playing this game until ME:A comes out!? Promotion Lords don't quit on this game until the servers shutdown... that's like the first commandment.

I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to not have yet acquired all 5 HK weapons... I got all of mine under 12 hrs, so looking at 500+ runs is really mindblowing for me. Here's hoping you'll get your last soon!!
