I don't know. It would be easy to take a few friendly digs like how last week I pretty much was carried through the fade to find my last hakkon weapon after about 70 tries but something just feels... missing.

Dear Journal,

Today I failed to get my Hakkon's Valor, but I made up for it by teabagging Pronto 37 times (true story, he faded like 10 times that night).  I can't help but feel like Karma hates me.

Interestingly enough, I carried Pronto through the fade to his final Hakkon weapon.  Sure, he was only in the fade because I teabagged him into the fade, and then I had to solo my way through endless hordes of Venatroi Gladiators with my Shieldbash-less Legionnaire, and it took almost 10 minutes just to finish zone 4, and the weapon he was awarded was the Valor, and now he takes every chance he gets to teabag me and claims it is for my own good because it will get me my Hakkon's Valor... but it was worth it.  It's always worth it.

So I choose to give ol' Beerfish a chance at the reward after all.  I killed 7 dragons today, and got another Sulevin Blade for my collection.  

 

 

 

Pronto would not like to acknowledge the story of how he acquired the Valor, so he won't be making any post in response to that.  However, he would like everyone to know that it was very late at night (around 4:00 AM) and he had to work in the morning, so he was very upset with me.  He later accepted that it was totally worth it in order to get the Valor.

 

I actually highlighted that zone because it was so funny how upset he was. If anyone is interested in watching it, here is the link.  It is about 10 minutes long, and it is mostly just me getting beaten up by Gladiators because I was experimenting with a new build shortly after getting the Hakkon's Honor, so I doubt anyone will actually bother watching it.

I was pretty upset, and tired...until I got my 323 Hakkon GS. Made sure to stay up for a level 1 run just to show off.

On occasion I have to scroll way down there to salvage something I forgot to mark for mass salvage. Not there. It's probably bugged and shows up as a low level purple that I will never equip.

Personally, my favorite conspiracy theory is that some developers were angry with me for posting a video showing how to block spawns. One developer then had to cancel a hot date he had planned so that he could come in over the weekend to fix the spawn radius to make it harder to block spawns. I was then punished by this developer by having my drop chance for Hakkon's weapons nerfed into the ground. (It was actually Proto who posted that clip, so if you are reading this, please erase all his Hakkon's weapons).

I'm not sure Blar has much of a chance at hot dates with that vest...Billy already has a little one to look after...and Luke...well Luke's a saint.

I think Snakebite's account is just glitched - like the server flipped the switch in his account that he has it, but server didn't actually put it in his inventory.  I guess something like this could happen if he disconnected / crashed at the end of a game.

 

..or maybe you just need to reproduce the situation where Proto got it, except the exact opposite.  Proto teabags Snakebite into the fade with his level 8 legionnaire and then proceeds to take 45 minutes to kill all the venatori shield guys on wave 4.  All the while Snakebite is really upset because it's 4AM and he has to work in the morning.

Ran 7 yesterday.  That just seems to be the number or Ferelden Castle matches I can tolerate in a day.
