That does not work if you are in full screen as print screen does not work on directX.
I produced nearly all of my screenshots that way. It seems to work.
There are plenty of apps for this that will do what you want. In the format you want, in the folder, you want, with the hotkey you want.

Could be worse, I do consider it the 3rd best of the starting URs, really good for caster kits which is all you can effectively play at higher difficulties anyways (at the beginning)
This. It's really the best weapon to start a new manifest because if gives you greater freedom on power focus builds (kits that let you enter Gold & Platinum from the start) while still keeping 200 or 195 weapon weight. And it's dps is still great.
