It still bugged. While Tegan now says the right ruler, the Inquisitor doesnt if you pick the angry "keep the Inquisition" line.

Same. I restarted the dlc when the patch came out and was happy when it seemed like it was fixed but then was bummed when my own damn inquisitor looked like an idiot and forgot who was ruling Orlais at the end.

Maybe the Inquisitor is just being a Jerk purposely screwing up, rather than an idiot accidently using the wrong person.
