I liked the Hanged Man - it's like sitting down in pub with friends to tell stories.

Ok, introductions!
I'm a long time RPG fan. I first started playing pen and paper D&D when I was a child. I still have my collection of little knights and dragons that I painted myself. I've played the Elder Scrolls games starting with Morrowind; Fallout 3 and NV; Witcher 1 and some MMOs - GW2, NW and TSW. I did the ESO beta and might get into actually playing the release version. I'm a big Sims fan and did some modding for Sims 2 and lots of building and CAW for Sims 3.
I came to Dragon Age through DAO, way back when. I played through a whole bunch of times and collaborated on some story mods. I was a bit disappointed in DA2, but I got into the Mage-Templar conflict sure enough and exchanged some harsh words over that. I have mixed feelings about DAI. I just don't adore it the way I did DAO.
I've done a little roleplay with people in Second Life and would be up for some Tevinter RP, timezones permitting.
My canon character for the DA games is an elven mage.
Hobbies: video games (obviously, lol), reading LOTS and LOTS of books, organic gardening, training my dogs, a little drawing and painting, singing when no one is around, planning adventures, and daydreaming. I like to be outdoors and enjoy things like hiking, boats, nature preserves, etc. Also, museums of all kinds, and road trips!
Here are snaps of my characters:

Yes, I do! Sometimes, a cultural construct starts out with a negative meaning and is subsequently reclaimed and transformed into a mark of pride. Like the word "Queer."
I love tattoos irl as well and have several.

Queer?

Yes, the word "queer" started out as an insult, and now people use it to describe themselves positively. So I am equating that to vallaslin.
We should probably try to keep this topic focused on introductions.

bio :Well I'm 23(though I have enough trivia and minutiae the be considered 36) a huge RPG fan, gamer, and card shark. Been playing games since I was seven my first RPG was final fantasy 7. My first bioware game was baldur's gate and since then I've been a BW fanboy lol.
I also play table top D&D making my own plots and classes but Im a poor player due just bad rolls. I'm also a avid player of both magic the gathering and yugioh trading card games and as a result my humor is riddled with jokes from them.
Personality: generally sedated cracking wiseass jokes either for fun or to get a reaction from people I dislike. I love dirty jokes the more vulgar the better and I've been called a perv so much do to my open "appreciation humans" took it as a compliment. Though I do have limits on how far I'll take my jokes if they are too mean or just out right shitty, I'll rarely go out my way to correct somebody 's thought process
Hobbies: I love writing, and roleplaying and I often play yugioh to help my creative process
Dreams: I want to write adult films one day but for now I just want to finish college.
Writing style: Often told from 3rd person with occasionally first person. I like to use events in my life as well people as inspiration for when I write

So, like many of us I´ve been a rpg fan most of my life. I did some tabletop playing, my intro to the rpg genre back then. Then I´ve played through the some of the know series, Ultima Avatar, elder scrolls, some mmo, witcher games, NWN series, Torment (not a serie though), and then DA through DAO. And it still remains my all time DA game. I might have forgotten something, it is a long list.
And hobbies then. Gaming, obviously. Power lifting, something I´ve done most of my life too. I read books again life time hobby, sometimes two or three at the same time. Not now though. Then my dogs, they take up some of my time. I like museums, sniffed through what we have here several times. When ever I´m abroad I look for them. I love traveling, seeing new places. Out door activities, walking mostly in the forests. Sometimes I ice swim in the winter. Now that I think of it, these are all lifetime hobbies.

Well, I'll introduce myself.
Bio: I am Russian, born and raised in Volgograd, at the time I lived there... 11 years? Something like that, I did not have much contact with the outside world, the little I had was Sapkowski's books, I played rpg few times, very few times, the things were restricted to playing video games at that time was Sonic and watch Dragon ball.
After I fled from Russia to Brazil, there was more entertainment options, so I began to read more fantasy books, many, I ended up becoming a fan of the genre. I'm Tolkien fan, I have a replica of Sauron's ring with a necklace that is almost 8 years old and I never took out the necklace.
I played a lot of arcade in Brazil, it was something of rowdy guys, so I went in bars, played arcade and then go to the street. I was not going to school in that time to stay on the street, until I was deported when the police caught me in a street fight. After this incident, I had much free time in Russia before went back to Brazil, then I played The Witcher and that made me interest more in video game and its plots.
Hobbies: I draw every day I would like to make this my work, but it's hard, in Russia and Brazil at least it's almot impossible, forget about it, besides, I am not good at all.
I like videogames, of course, but as I have little time to play, I have preference for games that have some kind of more complex plot.
I am a fantasy reader, I read everything that have ''medieval fantasy'' in the name, I end up reading very bad books because of that, but despite that I like it in some way.

You are good at drawing! Also, you've had an eventful life - people would be interested in reading your story. I was just talking with Monkey and Ucci about how I've never been in a street fight. I've never been to Russia or Brazil, either. Write it down, Red!
I was just reading a book review about this guy Iceberg Slim. Not that you are a pimp, lol, but people who live safe, boring lives like to read gritty novels.
