Hello,

 

I have a problem that is being quite a bit of nuisance. Whenever I enter an area, for example from map to map or from a house to outside, the minimap rotates itself so that the character is no longer facing the right direction. For example character is facing left on the screen and facing north on the minimap. When I adjust it and then exit/enter, same thing happens.

 

If anybody has an idea how to fix that, it would be great. Maybe there is something in the options or there is a mod etc. I'm using the ultimate pack version from GOG.

Isn't the mini-map oriented based on the way that north is set in the area? If the character is facing north then the map arrow should also face north.

That's not the case unfortunately. When my character is facing north the minimap arrow is facing anywhere but north. I have to fix it everytime and it is so disorienting.

are these areas you built or in an already built module?

Those areas are in the original campaign, nothing modded.
