I am going to be honest in that I couldn't stand the layout of my quests in ME3. To be fair, most RPG's have a terrible/disorganized layout of quests.

I would like to suggest that quests be compartmentalized. A tab for main quests. A tab for companion quests. A tab for side quests (these are like companion quests but they're for non-companions). A tab for fetch quests.

Truly, fetch quests (e.g. "Collect three leathers and report back to the shopkeeper" or "Scan and locate the missing codes from each terminal at the outpost on planet X") need their own tab. Especially if you collect these quests by walking around and overhearing NPC conversations. These quests do not have any major bearing on your companion or non-companion relationships. They're there to gather extra XP. Please separate them out.

Also, I'd like to see a similar approach to quest markers like in DAI. You select your quest in your journal, and from the journal you can go straight to the map and it is clearly marked as to where you need to go. Since this is Mass Effect, your "journal" can be some intergalactic iPad, I don't care.

Either way, I suggest tabs for different types of quests. No more long lists that can, at best, be put in alphabetical order.
