And that's why I always keep one of everything purple... that, and I'm a hoarder, I guess.
I had to salvage both my Kingfisher collection (17) and my Savage Thorn collection (19) to make room for my Superb Belt of the ______ Pact collection. I have 21 Inferno Pact belts, 13 Storm Pact belts, and 6 Winter Pact belts.
I think there may be something wrong with me.
Anyone else have any large collections of useless things?
HA ![]()
I used to hoard pre-hakkon. I wanted to believe in my DAIMP adolescence that maybe someday the devs would introduce epic/rare crafting schematics whereby one would combine multiple epics granting them a 'supercalafragalisticexpialadoshus' weapon or accessory. So I kept a TON of dupes of all my epics. Oh how I dreamed.
Now that dream is dead, I dont really bother hoarding anymore. Kinda sad really. How cool this idea could have been.

I have every single ability ring, except the Dragon Rage ring. Even the worthless ones, incase the abilities ever become less worthless.

Yep, I've kept at least one of every unique weapon I've ever found.

That's what I used to do, but inventory space issues (way back when) made me start salvaging. The game's lack of information gets me at every turn.

I keep two of every ability ring, just in case they bug out and start stacking.

Now that would take up a ton of inventory. And would make scrolling through rings...even more tedious.

I keep a couple of copies on some weapons and that is about it. I would keep more if we could choose opponents in lobby.

Maybe just set it up so enemies drop 10% of the exp in gold. If an enemy is worth 50 exp they also drop 5 gold.

It's also simply becoming more, and more difficult to find NM and HB games; even at peak times. With the population dwindling (as it should since it'll soon be a year old game) it's only going to make thing harder.
The new characters have been fun, but grinding along with the abysmal drop rates (I mean really? 2% or .001% for my last Hakkon isn't terribly appealing) I am about to call it, and catch up on all the games I had put on hold (loving Tales from the Borderlands right now) till Fallout 4 drops.
Hope they even things out a little better soon.

I figure most of the people who play Nightmare do so with friends to avoid the inevitable pug wipes. Other people either have their Hakkons or gave up trying to get them. Hiding unlikely content behind the map-locked dragon wall was stupid.
Props to you if you actually pug Heartbreaker though.

Indeed. Though with my schedule it's difficult to join a group since I am not 100% when I am going to be able to play. Been lucky to find quite a few very skilled PUG players to help get me through it.
That said though, due to only having 3 hours or so to play its even more frustrating searching. Plus its difficult to know when I have an invite since Origin is so turd-a-cious. BLEH!
Anyways at this point I've spent more time in DAIMP than in ME3MP so I guess I can't complain to much!
