All I know for sure Leliana prefers disbanding.

Cullen and Cassandra seem like the type who'd keep it.
Josephine for disbanding.

It's the other way around. No one cares about the Inquisition as much Josie.
Just read her response in the war table mission "The consequences of Blackwall's lie".

Cullen wants to keep it around since we do good work.
Leliana wants it disbanded since she sees our time in the shadows as done.
Josephine despite a little outburst, which was justified in my opinion, wants to keep it around since it will be a force that brings peace to Thedas. She gives the Inquisitor a smile when you choose one of the keep it around options but doesn't in any of the disband options.
The companions are hard to say since most of them are leaving anyway.

She cares so much that she's the only advisor to leave it even if you romanced her.
Also, she stated that Orlais and Ferelden were right to want the Inquistion disbanded in the DLC.
EDIT: I have realized that my post might come off as passive aggressive, but that was truly not my intention. ![]()

She says they may be right if the Inquisition is going to keep secrets and threaten our allies like we had been doing in that DLC. She was absolutely right and I hated how we had to do that. It was out of character for my Inquisitor.

I'm kind of sad Cullen's only in the final scene if you romanced him. That's kind of bleh considering he and Leliana were my wingmen ![]()

I'm pretty sure Leliana's reaction is based on whether you are a believer or not. My non believer Lavellan was advised by her that we should disband, so he did as she said, not because he would have done if he could have kept it whole, but the only alternative was to serve as the Divine's lackey and there was no way he was doing that, even for Leliana.
However, with the only other epilogue I have played so far, I used one of my "I'm totally Andraste's Herald" Inquisitors. During the main game he kept forgiving people in the Maker/Andraste's name and in the last battle with Cory had the wonderful retort to his claims to god hood, "I'm the Maker's chosen." I'm sure that Leliana told him to keep the Inquisition going. I suppose I'm going to have to go back and check now.

Well... more like she reluctantly admits that "Teagan may be right".
Josie looks kinda sad when you disband it.
No worries, I thought no such thing.
Oh, a romanced Blackwall wants the Inquisition disbanded.
Odd. Why would that influence his opinion?
Maybe because he wants to find a hiding griffon and fly away into the sunset with the Inquisitor?

I know the Inquisition was formed by a writ from the Divine but I wish we could have remained independent. I think after solas is stopped my Inquisitor will disband it
