Strength Enhancers weren't one of the consumables that had a Level IV version added to the drop table, so this is people amusing themselves with the thought of what you would use a Strength IV Amp on.

Joke? This is serious, bro. I am full of regret (see below). Regret IV, which tastes like explosive ammo IV. Taste is another reason why cryo ammo is better than explosive.
By taste:
1) cryo
2) incendiary
3) disruptor
4) warp
V) phasic
6) explosive
7) AP

Just seperate Ammo Pack, Rail Amp Pack, and Enhancement Pack options in shop would have been nice.  Been buying and buying for Amps (Any would do! Pls!), and getting nothing but Ammo (Mostly Cryo, ofc).

Maybe, but I find it more than sufficient on numerous weapons (prothean particule rifle for instance)

I would rahter prioritize buffing the stabiity gear (which is 100% useless) and the shield power cells that are way underpowered compared to a cyclonic.
