I trying to connect to the customer support at ea and i been on hold for 45 minutes, when will they ever pick up?

They do pick up. And remember, the caller who has been waiting the longest has waited more than 20 minutes. (I heard that so many times yesterday). 2 hours seems to be about the max it takes. However, just remember it takes them about 10 minutes per caller to get things sorted out, hence the huge delays
