I have had an issue with trying to keep my canon state accurate. As an avid fan I had my DAO and DAII tapestry 100%  ready to go for Inquisition Launch and I have only 1 active playthrough my 100% completion playthrough (canon).

I noticed that my Inquisition save was not being updated at all. I then learned about and went to Active playthrough states. I copied the active playthrough state to another slot to edit and check it and everything is completely wrong. Not only is 90% of it wrong but it conflicts for example I helped one companion complete their quest but somehow didn't recruit them.

This current playthrough is right before the last quest (What Pride has wrought) every other quest, companion storyline, songs, DLC, Bottles of Thedas, mosaics etc.. are 100% completed except the blasted Ferelden lock quest which I can never complete.

Everything should be done except the last quest but 90% of it is missing off the keep. I then deleted all active playthroughs and both of my Inquisition Heroes. I went into the game toggled the keep update to off.. restarted game.. turned it back on.. changed equipment around, killed a hundred or so humans in hinterlands trying to get the ferelden locks,  multiple hours of play and saving checked the active playthrough states for the new one to populate and it did but again 90% inaccurate.

Clearly I could try to remember every decision I made turn off the spoilers and hand jam it in but what exactly is the point of this system if a year later it still cannot update the keep.

TL;DR is there a way to get or force Inquisition to update the keep accurately without having to hand jam and remember every decision by hand.

A large number of tiles (especially in the companions section) are not set until after the final quest is complete. So try completing the game and see if there is any change.

Thank you will absolutely do that. I just got a mod that fixed that uncompletable ferelden locks quest so I will be able to finish the game with an empty quest log.
