Out of all romance in DA3 Dorian and Bull appears to be the one with the most detail for their ending.

The thing about NPC/NPC romances is that the writers control both sides. Plus, each NPC has two slides apiece. If Bull gets 2 slides and Dorian gets 2 slides, that's 4 slides of Adoribull for the price of 2. That lets them write in more detail.
