I have crafted the tier 3 schematic and when my cursor hovers over the 'Battle Armour arms' upgrade, the image of the armour changes (for the first time ever). There don't seem to be any slots to add the upgrade though - either arms or legs. Is that right?

Its a standalone set, no upgrades other than a sigil

It just seems strange that the image of the Flames of the Inquisition heavy armour changed for that one and only time - the shoulder pauldrons grew in size and complexity. I guess the imaging had been done but the decision was made to not make it possible to upgrade. Either that or it was just a simple oversight.
Ah well - thanks for letting me know.
