So i was finishing main story of DAI
and i got wierd ending where i go in fade in search for Kieran
even if Morringan drinks from well of sorrows?
Before i had 2 plays and we alweys went to pray in altar
or it haves to do with DA keep? 
Changed end of DAI?

It depends on whether or not your world state includes the Dark Ritual. If it does, Kieran has the soul of an old god. If not, Kieran either doesn't exist or is purely mortal, and thus his grandmother doesn't briefly kidnap him.
