A friend of mine tested them on the Xbox One, and noticed that Jar of Bees wasn't dealing damage.
I take it everyone knows that Jar of Bees doesn't deal damage?

since when? I haven't used them in a long time but they used to be great for eating through guard.

Since patch 1.10. The bees fly around the enemy but don't sting. Druffy Commander probably tamed them.

I'm not sure when it started, but I imagine the inclusion of Commander Druffy and his ability to "throw" bees at you might have been the point at which this problem started.

Well that puts a bee in my bonnet. I'm about to fly off the handle and start using lots of buzz words. These type of things darn near give me hives. The loss of bee damage stings no doubt about it. Using bees used to be so darn sweet.

I'm pretty sure they still cause the poison DoT..... However, I have been noticing something wierd with the poison DoT.. Often it always starts by dealing 1 damage.... Where as before it used to start on whatever number/crit it hit.

Yeah poison DoT ticks seem to be a bit weird.
Even my blood cheater shield poisons but doesn't show the damage numbers.

I have yet to notice this. I see the health of the enemy decreasing it just doesn't show the damage. It is still there though. I thought it wasn't working at first until I stopped attacking and saw it just didn't show the number
What platform are you on? I'm on PC and tested it on routine and threatening on a lesser shade. In both cases it didn't die and I didn't see the health decreasing.

It's Luke's subtle way of voicing social criticism regarding the impeding exctinction of bees.
If they sting, they die. If they don't sting, they don't die, and humanity survives another decade - according to Einstein, after all.
Or it's a BioWare classic bug-by-patch.

It is a first stage in the next patch. Bioware has always maintained that they are intending to eradicate the bugs within this game. So, well done Bioware for getting rid of this one.

You insult me, dear Sir!
And here I was, thinking I deserved some notice for refraining from pointing out how biologically, bees are not really bugs. Or calling them Jar-jar Bees.
