I managed to get him low on health and Dorian keeps telling me he's weak and to use my mark.  I use the mark and nothing happens.  I've used the Mark several times and he it doesn't seem to phase him.  Am I missing something or is this a bug?

you have to use the new ability with the mark - takes the place of the 'call horse' key.    Of course you have to wait for it to charge up before you can discharge it.   You also have to be within range of him.   so run right up to him before you use it.

Seems to be a bug. He should die when you use the mark. 
Maybe make sure to try when your mark is at its highest? No idea if it changes anything though.

Edit: oh yeah, as Navasha says, you have to be close to him. Try that with an almost fully charged power bar. If that doesn't work, well, restart and try again

Thank you both.  I was using the normal Mark key and not the special one.  Once I did that he died right away.  Thanks again for the help.
