I'm not in any way an "LGBT movement member" or however you want to phrase it, but I had no desire to discount people or yell at them or whatever for being gay. You can even ask Krem something like "Why pretend to be a man?" I always just role played my inquisitors as not knowing any better and thinking of Krem as a man, and that's it. In reality, I'd never ask somebody that question anyway because I either wouldn't know any better, or I really wouldn't care one way or the other. And I had more than one female inquisitor romance Sera, because she's not as tropey as Josephine and Cassandra (I didn't dislike either of those romances, don't get me wrong). I really wish she was a bi LI tbh.
I don't really see where 'giant PC sticks' were used in this game. Nobody shoves their sexuality in your face. Dorian only reveals himself under great duress, or (assuming, because I didn't do a Dorian romance) unless your flirt with him as a male Inquisitor. It really is a credit to Bioware that their world is so full of lore, life and character that there's already enough in-universe issues for this particular subject to not be one.
At the end of the day, I'm assuming the quote in the OP's post is some random guy on Steam giving a review of the game. Who cares? Why get riled up about it?
