So I am trying to build a Rogue / Wiz / Arcane trickster.
Going through OC and then possibly a few others of the games if I find it enjoyable and to "perfect" my build even more. But I have a problem here, for some reason I don't think my Weapon Finesse works proberly.
Even though I have 21 dex (+5 bonus) and only 10 str.. I seem to get NONE + damage on my weapons (using a Rapir in main and a dagger in offhand) - Have I misunderstod the feat, for I believe it should give me some bonus damage, or is this a bug?

I have checked that I have the feat - and I do also have  Two-weapon fighting, so I really shouldn't have anything to decrease my damage.. I am lvl 6 (3 rogue, 3 wiz) and I do 5-6 damage each hit.. it's getting kinda boring to relay only Khelgar..

Hope someone can help me! :)

weapon finesse affects your attack rolls, not damage rolls. You get more attack bonus. It does not affect the damage you deal, but only the chance you have to hit the enemy. Not sure if i explained it well.

Yeah does make sence! just kinda feel that all Rogues and alike are very weak compared to STR based chars.

For sneak attacks though, it's good to have that improved chance to hit.

But you need a way to land the sneak attacks. You can hope that you manage to flank the enemy, or you can invest in HiPS or Feint.

If you continue to play with that character in Mask of the Betrayer, you can eventually take the Combat Insight feat that will add your intelligence bonus to your damage rolls. Or you can take three levels of Swashbuckler for the Insightful Strike feat, which does the same.
