In one of the towers of the elven ruins accessed by eluvians there is a chest on the other side of a broken and burning bridge, and beyond it is an active eluvian. How do I get across, or where is the eluvian to get there?

In one of the towers of the elven ruins accessed by eluvians there is a chest on the other side of a broken and burning bridge, and beyond it is an active eluvian. How do I get across, or where is the eluvian to get there?

I would like to know this as well for I haven't found a way to get to it either.

When you first enter the level, go left before examining the qunari corpse. There's a doorway obstructed by a bunch of crates. Once you've destroyed the crates you get access to an eluvian that leads you on the other side of the broken bridge.
