Solas stops the Mark from spreading, basically rendering your arm petrified. Then it fades out and you show up at the Exalted Council, amputated from the elbow down.
I would have loved to see what happened in between those two events.

I have my imagination for that, plus a grandmother who has told me more then enough hospital stories of people losing limbs/part of a limb due to a no longer usable hand/foot. Grandmama seemed extremely excited when I asked her about it, she went on for hours excitedly telling me these stories in all their gory details.. Thanks Bioware, for making me go to a semi-crazy expert for info on this.
I'd have liked to see it in-game, but I now understand why we don't lol.
It probably dissolves or implodes.
Hopefully that was not her good hand, or Cullen is going to be disappointed.

I completely understand why they didn't, but, dang.
If Solas is going to rip my heart out, might as well go big or go home lol. ![]()
I wish we'd gotten to see the events between parting with Solas and showing up in front of the council. The arm turning to stone and the inquisitor's friends and advisors having to hold him down and amputate it above the stone portion, maybe getting some comfort from friends or love interest.
