What are the outcomes if I allow Celene to die and Gaspard takes the throne? I understand this helps Leliana to become Devine?
Also, to trigger the scene between Morrigan and Alistair, I must do the ball first and then Adament?

No it helps Cass. not Leli.

The outcomes for the Winter Palace are:
Celene rules alone (supports Vivienne as Divine)
Gaspard rules alone (supports Cassandra as Divine)
Briala rules with Gaspard as her puppet (supports Leliana as Divine)
Celene rules and reconciles with Briala, Gaspard is executed
All three are blackmailed by the Inquisitor into working together.
The scene with Alistair or Loghain and Morrigan only happens if they're both in Skyhold at the same time, so you've met the Warden in Crestwood and completed the Winter Palace. The scenes I've witnessed online are:
Alistair tallking to Morrigan about Kieran when he is the father
Loghain talking to Morrigan about Kieran when he is the father
Alistair talking to Morrigan about Kieran when the Hero of Ferelden is the father but didn't perform the Dark Ritual (i.e. died committing the Ultimate Sacrifice).
