here is exactly what happend.

I booted up mass effect 2 and then went to the computer to redeem codes.  I went to the redeem code menu on this website and put in both the collectors armor and weapon and the terminus gear armor and weapon (following instructions on cards) Then i clicked download. 

Little did i know that my codes would activate the content on mass effect 2 on the pc. 

So have I lost the codes forever or can someone please help me to fix this issue and get my codes back so i can have the armor on the xbox .

It didn't activate on the PC, it just provided links to both.



Make sure your persona (EA account) is linked with your gamertag on XBox Live. If not, try to do it at EA.com



If you cannot link because your gamertag is linked with another EA.com account. Well, its time to hop on the phone and contact EA. They will fix it for you. Just make sure you have around 2 hours to sit on hold. I recommend a speaker phone or hands free unit.
