I'm more picturing leather vests with an eagle in the middle of the back. Promotion above lord below. With their post promotionlord tag like a name tag on the chest. Riding down the street on their mopeds. Hells Angels of the gaming world :-p . I do have to say the couple promotion lords I do know are pretty cool though. The word that comes to mind the most is "Lazy".
I know a lot of players that played like the best with lower stats than got increasingly lax as they became promotion lordish.
Other than that I think about how the term's abbreviation can be abused in the form of Promotion L or P Lord.
Incidentally, I'm not just a Promotion Lord.

Q.o damn I'm gone for a litle over a week and every one is attacking drasca.... sham shame shame..drasca is a really good player, and has a knowledge base even recognized and confirmed by some of the developers of this game, I don't know how people can talk crap about him or use scrub in the same sentence. specaily when i bet alot of people talking about him are casuals... no room to talk at all
I'm not sure but it seems like it may be more about ragging on the ones that drank go-go juice for a big prestige and don't know how to play -- or something like that.

Should I be Hangedpromolord or PromotionLordMan? (really leaning towards the latter...)
I'm wary of changing my name. I know this is going to come as a shock to many of us, myself included, but...there will be a point where we might not endeavor in as much DAMP as we have in the past or even currently. Trying to explain to the fellas on NBA2k16 why I would be called something like PromotionLordMan might give them a look through a very dusty and sad window into my existence.
Just mumble something like "I got so many promotions at work that they call me PromotionLord" and refuse to elaborate further
