  • Crescent Blade
    • 20% chance to cast two magical projectiles, each dealing cold damage at [default: 200% weapon damage]*
    • Ability cooldown: [default: 8.000s]*
• Empty Grip slot
• Empty Rune slot

*values between brackets can be changed by server overrides

Seems like a cool weapon, but not worth the grind.  Glad I gave up.  

 

The weapon may have changed, but my opinion remains.

Q: What is "Crescent Blade"?

 

A: After testing, it seems to me that it's analogous to :

• On hit: Chance to cast Energy Barrage (cold damage) with 2 hits

 

Typo: "exquisitely-balance" instead of "exquisitely-balanced".

I don't know yet. I'm not exactly sure what "Crescent Blade" is supposed to do.. Probably has more utility to it

IIRC Luke said he couldn't get the Sword-staff to work in MP (in the Trespasser stream), therefore he made something entirely different. I'm pretty sure this is it because I've looked over a lot of weapon strings in the data files
