There are many translations Such as :

“Tell me blood-traitor. Was your sacrifice for nothing? Your pride will bring their death.”

“Nothing is inevitable.”

 

Although probably blood-traitor should be dread wolf.

So could that fade demon be one of the elven gods sealed by Solas? Could it be that they are actually the strong demons of that fade?

I'd imaging that would cause a different reaction in Solas so I believe it is simply a very powerful demon that has garnered enough strength to get a glimpse at his fears.
