Maybe some of you know the mod known as "Dangerous Kaidan" Mod, in order to get some hair chest to super Kaidan...
Do you know if this mod could me made for Shepard?
An other question, do you know if there's a mod to add some tatoo to MaleShep?

As far as I know, Shepard and Kaidan have pretty much the same body model and similar, if not the same, textures, so I think that shouldn't be a problem.
First of all though, do you use ME3 Explorer or Texmod for modding your game?
I checked and the textures have the appropriate shape BUT Kaidan's textures are considerably darker. That may require some tinkering with the textures otherwise Shepard's naked body would be darker than his head.
Personally, I'd just go and ask the author of the mod whether she'd be so kind and tweak the body texture for Shepard: http://girlplaysgame.tumblr.com/ask As far as I know, she's fairly active and it shouldn't be a problem to reach her on her blog.
I can help with the installation, but since it's not my work it wouldn't be right of me to mess with it and share it without her permission.
