I have à question about multiplayer in this game.
The reason is why im asking is i see many People doing heartbreak diffucult without die and solo even other diffcults in the multiplayer , My question of this is how many promote cunning points do you really need to be that strong?
Is IT the promote attribut points? IF so how many do i need to promote à char to be that strong , i do have good gears and weapon but still not strong.

The cap for damage resistance gained from promotion is 80%, so 170/170/210 is a stopping point - you get maximum damage resistance and maximum critical chance from Cunning promotion.

It's 170/170/200. You begin with 5% crit.

Armours, yes. For weapons, it very much depends *which* purple ones.

I see , but i hope there is no modding cheat duplicate stuff to do in ps4 mp cus IT destroys the game.

Crafted (yellow) hakkon weapons are the best if you have reasonable cunning points. Of course there are a few good purple alternatives like heart of pride and bosun's blade.
Once you managed to get your hakkon weapons, you can play Perilous with lv1 characters. When I got all my hakkons, I was around 50/50/50 promotions. And with around 65/65/65 promotions I'm happy to play NM with lv10 characters (quite comfortably in fact) in a reasonable team.
Gear is way more important than promotions. You don't need godly promotions to be an awesome player (Wavebend is a prime example).
Do your grind, and promotions will come naturally in the process.

There seem to be 'some' that misunderstand 'others' in this topic.
Starting stats: 10/10/10
Number of promotions needed: 160/160/190
Stats for 80% damage resistance and 100% critical chance: 170/170/200.
-> You start with 0% damage resistance and 5% critical chance
Why is 170 a good number? Tjeck this out: http://forum.bioware.../#entry19510232

Right, subject was the number of promotions required. 160/160/190 is the number of promotions needed to max out the resistance and crit chance stats.

no it does not get boring to promote over and over, not when your having fun with friends.... friends and good times are what keep this game going in the long run when it comes down to it, because yes it is very repetitive....

I was replying to the cap comment. So I was correct.
In the same way you are correct about what you were meaning.
