For me, I thinks it's 'The Spoils of Desecration', especially if I'm playing elf inquisitor.

It just felt wrong..

I've never actually completed that quest, just never cared enough.

The only thing I really intentionally avoid are all the damn shards. Haven't touched a ocularum since my first playthrough.

Those mosaic tiles ain't gonna collect themselves. Sorry elves, but shems live for tomb raiding.

I have trouble avoiding quests big or small. The only one that really comes close is Champions of the Just, and only because it's mutually exclusive.

blow me shards.

I got the "play through the game on nightmare" achievement before I got the "pick up your first shard" achievement.

Also shards don't sync. Which is double stupid.

But don't worry, only the best vitaar in the vanilla game is locked in that temple.

Great. Just great.

Lol
Yeah they are annoying,
But I love the permanent elemental resistance boost. So I usually take a deep breath and swear quietly at the screen "stupid, no good, ******, **** sucking, mother jumping shards." And then I get to work collecting them all for the boost/loot.

Plus, now I'm noticing there's new loot so that's a bene as well.

I actually enjoyed that mansion. It did need more story payoff though. The Temple of Dirthamen was worse though because of those stupid veilfires.

The shards are bad there is so many of them and there never close to you and after the first 10 you get over them real quick.

'The Spoils of Desecration' because of my chronic good goodiness(I even play crusaders Kings II without forging claims and assasinations) as well as the shard and star charts. Those are the only ones I avoid like the plague.

Ah I hated that temple as well, forgot about it.
The druffalo, goat and halla were annoying as well.

The golden halla is actually really quick once you know what to do. On the horse I can complete it in just a couple of minutes. My first go, it was like herding cats with a vacuum cleaner.

I'm always super completionist until I hit the Exalted Plains. So I'll clear the Hinterlands, Crestwood, Fallow Mire, Western Approach, Emerald Graves, the Oasis, and then I get to the Exalted Plains, finish the Favor of the Dalish quests and Solas' personal quest and I am dunzo. I don't know if it's the ceaselessly spawning undead and demons, the endlessly mazing ramparts, or the everpresent low hum, but I just cannot deal with it longer than an hour. I'll sometimes go back so I can do Vivienne's personal quest and kill the Gamordan Stormrider, and that's it. I'll typically finish the Hissing Wastes and Emprise du Lion, too, which means that I'm getting really close to getting all the shards and stuff, but nope. Not gonna.

Dirthamen Temple, EG Haunted Chateau, Shards [did once for achievement, never touched a tranquil skull since], Mosaic Pieces [I pick those up I see I just never bother looking for them], the buried/hidden treasure maps and Landmarks (same siutation as mosaic pieces).

Druffy. I did it once and could feel myself aging as I walked it all... the... way... back... to... the... farm.

Heh, I encountered that Druffalo before the quest on my first playthrough, and I spent about a good 30 mins or so wondering why it wouldn't die.

Sigh. the shards. I just..I don;t have the patience for that stuff. i mean, I collected a few and then..meh. I'm not doing this. Then I found out how the ocularums were made and I was like I'm not touching that.

Druffy. lol.

I did the golden halla once. It was easy, but..really..why am I here?

I think there's some ram, but I don;t take the quest. Although, I think I end up killing it by accident regardless. It's the one that turns into  a demon, yes?

I love the idea of the astrariums. Love it. But I don;t have the patience for all that all the time.

I'm wary of notes on dead bodies. That one is tricky because sometimes it's actually important. But most times it's some bs. I'm not tracking down you and brother so I can...find your dead body and quest over.

Most of treasure maps I don't do. They have some decent coin and whatnot, but not that decent. And I don;t need it.

I do the quests that might actually help some people like the ram meat. Yeah, I always do that one just cuz I can't have them all hungry and I'm out and about anyway. And the blankets..you know. I clear out the bandits and the bandit fortress. Free the slaves in Lion country, though I can't remember if that's an actual sidequest.

I would love to finish a mosaic piece. Love those things, but I can't be bothered with all that. And I'm not looking it up on youtube to track it all down.

I will put the flowers on the grave. I always do that. Idk why. The widower's ring thing is about 50/50. If I talk to her, I'll do it. Sooo, sometimes when I see her I run the other way....

Shards and gears are the bane of my existence..... <_< I'm sure Bioware got a good laugh out of my pain as a completionist..

(yep, I finally found them all) They are cruel.

Shards and anything that involves veilfire, runes and puzzles. I just don't have the patience.

I couldn't justify doing Spoils of Desecration, either.

Mostly puzzles, and the Hissing Wastes.  I went there for the schematics...NOW I don't have to.  Also only collected all the shards once...for a Qunari Inquisitor.  It became...tedious...after a while...

I sometimes avoid sidequests based on how I envision my Inquisitor.

"Spoils of Desecration" is one of the primary candidates. Looting the tombs for the mosaic tiles just feels greedy in a petty way. My (human) main Inquisitor has no particular regard for tombs as such, but she wouldn't want to offend the elves for petty gain. Meanwhile, my Solas-romancing elf Inquisitor actually did this, because she became distanced and hostile to the traditions of the Dalish and wanted to make a point that they are based on false assumptions.

I always collect all the shards and the bottles of Thedas.

I never complete that quest as a Dalish inquisitor.

I did that quest with a human out of curiosity, but I went back a save after. The only worthwhile loot is the a mosaic tile, but even so... eeeh.......

The druffalo in Hinterlands, the Golden Halla in Exalted Plains (I rather just get extra approval from the Dalish by giving them the stuff from Temple of Dirthamen and just leave that quest undone) and the Astariums are the first ones that pop in my mind.
