if you possess a creature/npcs with full powers, you are able to cast every spell unlimited times through the quick cast menu. afaik the calculated caster level and dc is very high because this way it uses the abilities of the dm. if you just possess a creature/npcs without full powers, you can only select those spells written down in the creature's/npc's spellbook if it's an arcane/divine class.

officially there's no way to use special creature powers like breath attacks, even when controlled by a dm. you have to rely on the ai or custom ai scripts.

if you use skywing's client extension and take control of a creature, the hotbar will be filled with all the special powers that this creature can use. you have to use the command "/talent name_of_the_special_power". the names will be displayed when you hover the mouse cursor over the greyed out icons in the bar. in my experience this method doesn't work sometimes.

Ohh thank you I am gonna try this

Thank you :)

EDIT:

When I take control full powers the spells show for 1 sec on the bar and then disappear - no icons.

EDIT 2 :: When they show they are grayed out andf if I click them nothing happens just chat bar status update for damage.

Also when I try /talent name a failed to use talent message appears

sometimes the icons disappear without reason. when you activate those powers via a command, you have to write down the whole name and be case sensitive. as i said, sometimes it still won't work.
