Hi,
I'd like to export the dialog.tlk into a plain text file, can someone address me to a tool that can do this?

I found a tool online years ago that did the job, and converted the SoZ TLK file. I can't remember what that tool was though - I think it was for another game that uses the same game engine (Knights of the Old Republic perhaps?).  A Google search of 'tlk to text converter' might eventually find it.

 

Edit: Here's something that very Google search spat out in the first page of results:
